These Terms of Business explain the service MoneyWow provides, our role as an introducer and what you can expect when making a business finance enquiry through us.

01. OUR ROLE

MoneyWow provides a business finance introduction service. MoneyWow is not a lender and does not itself make lending or credit decisions.

When you make an enquiry through MoneyWow, we may introduce you and provide the information you submit to one of our finance partners, including Higham Business Finance Ltd and/or Astmoor Finance Ltd, where appropriate.

02. OUR SERVICE

Our role is to help businesses explore potential finance options by introducing them to finance providers or finance brokers that may be able to assist with their funding requirements.

Any finance product, quotation, offer or agreement is provided by the relevant finance provider or finance partner and not by MoneyWow.

03. INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE

When making an enquiry, you are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate, complete and not misleading.

The information you provide may be used by MoneyWow and shared with an appropriate finance partner for the purpose of assessing your enquiry, discussing your requirements and exploring potential finance options.

04. FINANCE APPLICATIONS

Submitting an enquiry through MoneyWow does not guarantee that finance will be available or that an application will be approved.

All finance applications are subject to the eligibility criteria, underwriting procedures and approval processes of the relevant finance provider.

The amount available, interest rate, repayment period, security requirements and other terms will depend on the finance provider, the product and your individual circumstances.

05. NO OBLIGATION

Making an enquiry through MoneyWow does not place you under any obligation to proceed with any finance product that may subsequently be offered to you.

06. FEES AND COMMISSION

MoneyWow may receive a commission or other payment from a finance partner when an introduction results in finance being arranged.

Where applicable, further information regarding commission or any fees associated with a finance arrangement will be provided by the relevant finance partner in accordance with its regulatory and disclosure obligations.

07. CREDIT SEARCHES

Making an initial enquiry through MoneyWow does not itself mean that MoneyWow will carry out a credit search.

If you choose to proceed with a finance application, the relevant finance partner or lender may carry out credit and other checks as part of its assessment process. You should review the information provided by that organisation before proceeding.

08. YOUR DECISION

You are responsible for deciding whether any finance product offered to you is suitable for your business and circumstances.

You should carefully review the terms, costs, repayments, security requirements and other conditions of any finance agreement before entering into it and seek independent professional advice where appropriate.

09. THIRD PARTY SERVICES

MoneyWow is not responsible for lending decisions made by finance providers or finance partners.

Where you enter into an agreement with a third party, that agreement will be governed by the third party’s own terms and conditions. You should read those terms carefully before entering into any agreement.

10. DATA AND PRIVACY

We take the handling of your information seriously. Details of how MoneyWow collects, uses and shares personal information are explained in our Privacy Policy.

11. LIMITATION OF OUR ROLE

MoneyWow provides an introduction service and does not control the lending criteria, underwriting decisions, availability, pricing or terms offered by third-party finance providers.

Nothing on the MoneyWow website should be regarded as a guarantee that finance will be available or that a particular finance product will be suitable for your business.

12. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms of Business from time to time to reflect changes to our services, business arrangements or legal and regulatory requirements. The latest version will be published on the MoneyWow website.
